Board Manual

The Company has a Board of Commissioners & Board of Directors Work Guidelines (Board Manual). The Board Manual has been approved by the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors,and has been reported in the GMS held after the approval of these guidelines.

Article 4.1 of the Board Manual states that the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, if deemed necessary, can review and change the contents of the guidelines. The work procedures, duties, responsibilities and authority of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, as well as work guidelines for the relations between the two organs, are in line with the Limited Liability Law, the Company’s Articles of Association, and POJK 33/2014.
