Adika Nuraga Bakrie, was born in Jakarta, on December 14, 1981. He obtained his Bachelor of Degree in 2005 from Bentley University, USA.
He has worked for 15 years in various companies. Previously he served as a member of the Board of Commissioners at PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantation (2017), a company engaged in the plantation sector, especially oil palm. Currently he is a President Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk Director at PT Bakrie Capital Indonesia, PT Gaia Energi Baik.
Teguh Boentoro graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
He has worked as a tax consultant for the past 24 years. He is now an executive member of various firms, including PT Infinia Luhur, where he is the founder and director, PT J&P Indonesia, PT Batuta Chemical Industrial Park, and PT Amman Mineral Internasional, where he is the President Director.
He was appointed as the company’s Commissioner in March 2022
Nalinkant A. Rathod was born in Rajahmundry, India, May 12, 1950. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University, India in 1970 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1976.
Previously, he served as Commissioner of PT Bumi Resources Tbk since 2005 and also held positions as President Commissioner of PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia. He has worked for 25 years with Bakrie Group Indonesia in various capacities and held various senior positions. Currently, he serves as a Director of PT Bumi Resources Tbk and a commissioner of PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk and PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. These companies are under the Bakrie Group.
He was appointed as the company’s Commissioner in November 2020.
Kanaka Puradiredja Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Accounting from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, and undertook professional education at the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Board of Directors in 2006 and the Professional Management Certification Institute Risk in 2011.
More than 30 years experience as a Public Accountant. He is one of the founders and former Managing Partner and Chairperson of KPMG Indonesia (1978-1999), Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesian Director (LKDI), and former KAP Senior Partner Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono (2000-2007). Appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee based on the Circular Decision of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk on November 10, 2022.
He was appointed as the company’s Independent Commissioner since March 2022
Gories Mere graduate of STIK-PTIK Police Academy and Indonesian Armed Forces Academy (“AKABRI”).
He was the deputy of Criminal Investigation Bureau in 2005 (Currently retired), among his other achievements. His last rank in the Police force before he retired was a Police Commissioner General. He serves as Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
He was appointed as the Company’s Independent Commissioner since August 22, 2017.
