Agoes Projosasmito an Indonesian Citizen, aged 69, obtained a Bachelor of Economics from University of Kristen Satya Wacana, a Diploma in Economics of Development from Australia National University (Canberra, Australia).
He has more than 31 years experience in capital market, which includes, President Director of Danareksa Securities, VP Director of DBS Securities, Director of Merincorp Securities. He has more than 15 years experience in mining industry, which includes, President Commissioner of Amman Mineral International, VP Director of Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, President Director of Ithaca Resources and President Commissioner of Maduma Coal Energy. He also Economic Council Member in Capital Market Professional Standard Committee.
He was appointed as the Company’s President Director since March 2022.
Fuad Helmy an Indonesian Citizen, aged 52, obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Trisakti University, Jakarta.
He has more than 15 years of experience as business analyst and CFO in mining industry and also over 7 years experience in financial consulting and banking sectors in Bank Danamon and BC Nusantara. He served as VP of Business Analysis Division at Bumi Resources before being promoted as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Bumi Resources Minerals in 2012.
He was appointed as the Company’s Director since 2015.
Muhammad Sulthon an Indonesian Citizen, aged 42, obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Padjajaran University, Bandung and a Masters in Management from the Prasetya Mulya University, Jakarta.
He has more than 17 years of professional experience as Head of Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary in the mining sector. Currently, he also serves as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
He was appointed as the Company’s Director since August 2017.
Herwin Wahyu Hidayat an Indonesian Citizen, aged 52, obtained Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver (Colorado, USA) and a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
He has more than 18 years experience working in Corporate Finance and Investor Relations sectors in the oil and gas and mining industries. Previously, he worked for 6 years as Corporate Bankers at ABN Amro Bank and Citibank.
He was appointed as the Company’s Director since August 2017.
Adika Aryasthana Bakrie an Indonesian Citizen, aged 36, obtained a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship degree and Master of Business Administration from the Loyola Marymount University (California, USA). He was born in Jakarta on January 25, 1988.
He worked as an Assistant Investment Analyst at Alta Verde Group in Los Angeles, (California, USA) in 2010. He also worked as Chief Executive at the Service & Support division in the Palm Oil business in 2016.
He was appointed as a Director of the Company since June 2020.
Adrian Wicaksono an Indonesian Citizen, aged 43, he graduated from Suffolk University in Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Co-Founder of PT Tri Karya Teslatama (Distributor of electrical accessories for high voltage transmission line & substation). He also have 5 years experience in capital market as Analyst covering banking, palm oil and coal sectors in PT Nusantara Capital Securities.
He was appointed as the Company’s Director since March 2022.
Adhika Andrayudha Bakrie an Indonesia Citizen, aged 39, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Newbury College, United States of America.
He has joined the Bakrie Group through Bakrie Petroleum International Pte.Ltd. since 2009. Currently he also serves as Director of PT Kaltim Prima Coal and PT Arutmin Indonesia, Deputy CEO at PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk, and Director of PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations.
He was appointed as the Company’s Director since March 2022.
Charles Daniel Gobel an Indonesian Citizen, aged 53, he graduated with BSc degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Over 11 years experience in Mining Sector. Previous employers include: Amman Mineral Group, PT Bormindo Nusantara, PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk.
Over 10 years experience in Capital Market Industry. Previous employers includes : PT Danasakti securities Indonesia, Latham Capital Partners Ltd. Arapima Fund L.P., (Singapore).
He was appointed as the Company’s Director since April 2024.
