NOVEMBER 2017 :
Citra Palu Minerals Construction & Production permit was approved in Nov 2017 with 3 years construction period and 30 years production period (until 2050).
DECEMBER 2017 :
Dairi Prima Mineral Production permit was approved in Dec 2017 with 30 years
production period (until 2047).
SEPTEMBER 2018 :
Sold 51% of Dairi Prima Mineral (zinc & lead) to NFC China for $198 million (to
deleverage balance sheet, to develop Dairi zinc project.
FEBRUARY 2019 :
Gorontalo Minerals Construction & Production permit was approved in Feb 2019 for
3 years construction period and 30 years production period (until 2052).
December 2019 :
Citra Palu Minerals completed the construction of a processing plant (500 tones of
ores / day capacity) and started project commissioning (no load & load tests, trial production) in Poboya gold mine site (Palu, Sulawesi).
FEBRUARY 2020 :
BRMS produces its first gold from gold ore processing plant (500 tpd) in Poboya, Palu.
APRIL 2021 :
BRMS successfully completed the first Rights Issue process by issuing 22,900,002,546 shares and raising funds of Rp.1.6 trillion ($106 Million). The rights proceed was used to $23 million to drill several gold prospects in Poboya, Palu (Sulawesi). $48 million to build a new gold ore processing plant with the 4,000 tons of ores per day capacity in Poboya, Palu. $5.25 million to drill a few gold prospects in Motomboto, Gorontalo (Sulawesi). $29 million for payment invoices of the Company and subsidiary to Bumi Resources (BUMI).
JANUARY 2022 :
BRMS successfully completed the first Rights Issue process by issuing 23,630,673,398 shares and raising funds of Rp.1.65 trillion ($111 Million). The rights proceed was used to $24 million for drilling activities in several gold prospects at Motomboto, Gorontalo. $29 million to build mining road infrastructure hauling road (30 kilometers long with 12 meters wide) from Tombolilato port to Gorontalo mine site. $21 million to build supporting facilities for mining projects (waste dump, sediment pond, power supply, base camp. etc). $10 million to construct a tailing management facility. $3 million for procurement of heavy equipment.
